I’m partial to small, locally owned businesses…and Pacers is one of the best.   Aside from excellent customer service and community involvement,  Pacers offers some of the best running groups and “fun runs” in the area.    

 

Another Mother Runner Site! Love these ladies and their book. They inspire me daily!

As a “mother runner” I know how tough it can be to get out there and run.  These ladies provide personal insight and open forums for others to discuss what really works for sticking with running and healthy living.

8 miles done! Today (0700 start time) I ran through Hain’s Point, Jefferson Memorial, Washington Monument, National Mall, through Georgetown, and over the Key Bridge. 

Here’s the view from my finish: Marine Corps Memorial, in Arlington, VA.  It brought back memories of the MCM, nearly a year ago today.  Really looking forward to next year’s race with MikeRupert!
